How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items if in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 days and you can expect UK delivery within 3-5 days, Europe within 9 days, Asia within 14 days and USA/Australia within 21-28 days. Orders placed in the UK over £25 will be sent First Class Recorded. See our shipping page for more info.

I love the idea of your personalised wedding favours! How long will it take from order to delivery?

Good question! Depending on the time of year (Oct-Dec being the busy months) your order will be processed within 1-3 days and you'll be sent an email asking for the details you would like personalised. Once received your design will be ready for approval within 5 days. If you're happy, your artwork will be burnt onto a screen, your colour mixed and your favours printed. Depending on how many you have ordered you can expect your printing to be done and shipped within 14 days. So from time of order you can expect the arrival of your lovely wedding favours within 3 weeks! Grand!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we sure do! You'll find a list of our shipping destinations and costs on our shipping page. If you can't find your location and simply won't be happy until you own a Mellybee product, then no worries, just get in touch and we'll set up shipping to your place!
